WashFlow Pro is software for pressure washing and exterior cleaning businesses. The platform may include quoting, scheduling, photo storage, expenses, analytics, billing, communications, payment collection, and AI-assisted business tools.
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for making sure anyone you invite into your workspace uses the service appropriately.
Access to certain features depends on the plan you purchase. Subscription charges, upgrades, downgrades, payment failures, cancellations, and renewals are handled through the platform’s billing provider. If payment is not successfully completed or maintained, access to paid features may be limited, paused, or removed until billing is resolved.
If you use payment collection features, connected payment services such as Stripe may process funds on your behalf. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, card network rules, tax requirements, refund obligations, and customer dispute handling related to your business.
You retain responsibility for the client information, job notes, invoices, photos, receipts, and other content you upload or generate through the service. You represent that you have the right to use and store that content in connection with your business operations.
WashFlow Pro may provide AI-generated suggestions, summaries, categorization, messaging, photo analysis, and receipt extraction. AI outputs are intended to assist your workflow, not replace your judgment. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before relying on it for customer communication, bookkeeping, taxes, pricing, or business decisions.
We may improve, modify, suspend, or remove features from time to time. While we aim for reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with every device, browser, carrier, or third-party integration at all times.
Some features depend on third-party services such as Stripe, Google, OpenAI, Supabase, or messaging providers. Your use of those connected services may also be governed by their separate terms and privacy practices.
WashFlow Pro is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost data, indirect damages, or decisions made from user-entered or AI-generated information. You are responsible for reviewing quotes, invoices, messages, tax records, expense records, and payment details before relying on them.
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if payment obligations are not met, or if use of the service creates legal, operational, or security risk. You may stop using the service at any time.
